Whenever my students or I create an account in Moodle using Self-registration, we don't receive a confirmation email. I (as admin) can see that the accounts are created in the database and asking for the confirmation. I saw a couple of posts like that but none related with 3.0. Wondering, if someone experienced the same issue in this version?
