We are doing testing for an upgrade to version 3.4.2 and I have just been looking at the GDPR plugins on our test environment (which is using 3.4.2).
After submitting a data request we've realised it is going out to all site admin. I've set up a Data Protection role in Moodle and assigned it to two people - how can I change the notifications from going to all site admin and to our users with the Data Protection role instead? I used the information in a comment on the Plugin page to set up the new role.
One thing is that I haven't given the role the name Data Protection Officer, does it need to have Officer in it for this to work?
Any advice would be appreciated.
