Hoping someone can help. I have a client who is using the Moodle Mobile App and is having some launch issues with SCORM activities built using Articulate Storyline 2. The SCORMs have been published with prompt to resume enabled. When the SCORM is reopened and yes/no is selected a white screen appears. The only way to see the SCORM content is to use the back button.
The steps to replicate the issue would be:
- User opens SCORM in Moodle Mobile App (1st view)
- User views a few pages within the SCORM and closes
- User re-opens SCORM. On launch message appears - Would you like to resume.
- User selects yes or no. White screen displays.
Some details about what is being used:
Moodle 3.1.1 (Build: 20160711)
Moodle Mobile App: 3.4.2 Version Code 2023
