No there isn't.
You potentially run into issues with Blind Marking, where presenting that sort of identifiable information breaks the blindness, and since Moodle need to support all of the different modes, an institution-agnostic identifier is better.
However if you go in to the Site Policies configuration you can select fields from the User profile to be used as "Identity fields" (Show user identity configuration option), which are then included in various places where a user's identity is needed (username isn't an option however, and this is probably good as it's 1/2 the information you need to start hacking credentials)
ID Number is a good one to select if it is filled with student's Registration / Matriculation number from your Student Record.
These fields then also appear (in addition to the Moodle identifier) in the Offline grading worksheet.
Just don't mix up the values (e.g. when sorting the sheet) as it will still use the Moodle identifier as the key for re-uploading the data.
(Note this is *sitewide* and may leak information that you don't want everyone to have...)
