Hi,

I have installed Moodle version 3.4.2 and I am testing it.

I can't figure out how to create a group of users.

There is no "create group" action in the admin page.

Any idea?

First, read the Groups documentation in Moodle Docs, they are always a great start. That doc links off to other methods you can use to group all the way to a whole cohort.

Yes, I did!

It says:

  1. Click the 'Create group' button in Administration > Course administration > Users > Groups

But there is no such menu. As administration I can't see it!

Please see the attached picture.

Strange. I can't find the page "Course administration".

How do I get there?

Go into a course

Looks like you have only one so go into the Science Naturelle course.

Then look for a 'Gear' icon in upper right of the initial course screen.  That shows a drop down menu with links to add/edit/change/modify course settings.

Click 'More'

Click 'Users'
