I set up Office 365 integration with google using the Office365 Moodle doc guidance:

Using a test user, I logged in, and switched them to Office365 authentication, and to login via Office365.
However, when the logged out and attempted to log the test user in,
The "Login via Microsoft" button appears to be missing. I tried putting the test user credentials in the normal login box, but that also failed. Am I missing a component?
