Urgent help needed, 404 when try uploading users

I did uploading before. But now it keep showing 404, and I have 70 users need to be uploaded today, or manually  sad

I'm using Moodle 4.3.1, Nginx 2.2, MySQL mariadb 10.1, PHP 7.2

The last thing might relevant is I made chage for database character set correct? (by MySQL_full_unicode_support.)

Any idea? or is there another way to get those users uploaded, not manually one by one?

This is what appears in the log,

 23.118.75.127 - - [29/Mar/2018:20:34:03 +0800] "POST /admin/tool/uploaduser/index.php HTTP/1.1" 404 494 "http://m.pd365.org/admin/tool/uploaduser/index.php" "Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_3) AppleWebKit/604.5.6 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/11.0.3 Safari/604.5.6"

Hi Brian,
you should check if the file is actually there in the filesystem, then inspect the body of that response from the Dev Tools (<F12>) of the browser: Moodle could send you an HTML page with the explanation for the reason for that 404.

I'm guessing you're missing that file.

HTH,
Matteo
