Access denied renaming cachestore_file

After logging into my Moodle server, I refresh the homepage 3-5 times. The php error message below appears in the php erro log.  I set the file permissions to everyone full control but I still get the same error.  Don't know how to fix this.  Thank you.

I was just having this problem with a moodle site I made a copy of. I had to add "modify" to my IUSR folder permissions. Hopefully that helps!


Edit: Just saw that you gave "everyone full control" in your permissions set-up. If that didn't solve the problem, I don't think my suggestion helps at all. Sorry!
