I need dates reported in the format mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm am/pm.
I am using this format in the Configurable Reports plugin: %m/%d/%Y %I:%i %p
and it works perfectly.
I customized strftimedatetime in the langconfig table to: %m/%d/%Y %I:%M %p
but the leading zeroes in the dd and hh fields are either stripped(dd) or replaced with spaces (hh) when I generate SCORM and Activity Completion reports.
How can I force the built in reports in Moodle to include the leading zeroes?
