Hello, I want to add some competencies into my  competency framework and link the competency to the course or activity.  When I edit the competency rule, it appears a message that : This competency cannot be configured.(as the picture below)


How can I do?

The Competency Rule can only be applied to a Parent competency that has child competencies.
