I have to find the sourse code that create the "Announcements activity" in each course format. 

This activity automatically appears in Topics Format, and in others course formats. But I'm not able to find the sourse code that create it.


Someone can help me?


I'm using Moodle 3.4

Another question:

I modified the function for creating a quiz instead a forum.

All work fine. 

But on course creation I see a blank page.

Only after a refresh (F5) I can see everything and all work.


Have you got any advice?
