BTW, heres a website, started to advertise an O'Reilly book thats devoted to performance issues: http://patrick.net In the past he had a script available on the site called "Analysis.cgi" which was used to diagnose a number or performance issues. I think he's working on a commercial application of the same.
I'm looking for something better than http://www.dslreports.com to keep an eye on my site. Anyone found a good monitoring site?
