Hi, 

I am trying to add a pre-made quiz (questions and answers on same page) in a course and would like advise as to where is the best place to put this and what plugin to use. - This is like a personality test that the learner self-grades. 
We are using 3.4.1.

Can you explain what you mean by a "pre-made course"?

What I mean by a pre-made quiz is that there are a set of questions (with scale responses 1-5) and then underneath there is a description of what each response means - like a personality test.  The students will have to select one of the five options. For example, if you answered "3" for each of the questions you have this type of personality. 

This is not a standard survey, questionnaire may work. Are there other options that would also work?
