when I am installing moodle 3.4.2 on IIS SQLserver then it has a problem in image belowHelp me to fix it

Check that the IIS IUSR account has full read/write permissions to your Moodledata folder.

I checked that the IIS IUSR account has full read/write permissions to your Moodledata folder but it still error as picture below

Try this step:
open moodledata folder then delete the contents of subfolders (Cache and sessions) then restart IIS and the web browser.

Can you try some different browser? As this browser you're using is not heard of and I am not sure which engine it's using, may be messing up the CSS

That browser screenshot looks like Google Chrome to me.
Next I would try turning off Slash Arguments under Site administration / Server / HTTP.
