Moodle 3.4.2, 3.3.5, 3.2.8 and 3.1.11 are now available via the usual open download channels: or Git.

In addition to a number of bug fixes and small improvements, security vulnerabilities have been discovered and fixed.  We highly recommend that you upgrade your sites as soon as possible. As per our usual policy, admins of all registered Moodle sites will be notified of security issue details directly via email and we'll publish details more widely in a week.

All releases also include support for Google's ReCaptcha v2, with Google ceasing support for ReCaptcha v1 after March 31st, 2018.

In preparation for GDPR; versions 3.3.5 and 3.4.2 include the required core APIs to support the GDPR plugins we are working on. The first iteration of these plugins will be made available shortly.

Other details can be found in our notes for each release:

Version 3.2 and 3.1 (LTS) are currently supported for security fixes only. See releases page for more details.

For those of you on our MoodleCloud hosting service, including Moodle for Free sites, we are aiming to upgrade your sites to 3.4.2 shortly.
