Student Still Sees Grades for Dropped Courses

Greetings!

We're running Moodle 3.1 .

One student has commented that under "My Grades" , the screen entitled "Courses I am taking" still has courses listed which she dropped.

Any suggestions?

When you say dropped, is she still appearing in the course enrollment as suspended, or has she actually been deleted out of the course? I know suspended students will still see courses on the overview page your referring to (http://yourMoodle.org/grade/report/overview/index.php)

ahhhhh...  That's what I needed to know.


The students are still enrolled in the class, but have had their enrollment suspended.

What (or where) is "My grades"? I can't think of such a page. 

Is this an optional plugin by any chance?
