hi dear Moodler,


I am using Moodle 3.4 and my first page forgotten username and password is not working. once user use to click it shows enter username or email but on pressing search button, it starts the processing and takes a long time for processing only with the same page. please tell me how can i rectify the problem?

Hi Abu,

Check the option "Debug email sending" which you will find under site administration> Development > Debugging.

Also check that SMTP of your site has been set properly  which you will find under :

Site administration> Server>Email> Outgoing mail configuration.

I have tried the check the option what you have mentioned on the above but problem is still same.
