Something I have just experienced.

When a teacher enrol users in his course the list box does not show all the registered users to the site (in my case 160) but only 30 (the firs 30 sorted by surname). The same with the results when a search criteria is applied (only the first 30 users matching the search criteria are showed)

No scroll is possible further.

Have you created issue in Moodle Tracker? If no, please do so. It will draw attention of developers.
