HEADS UP: Moodle 3.4.2 release (and other minor versions) March 19

Hi All,

The scheduled release date for Moodle 3.4.2 (and 3.3.5, 3.2.8 and 3.1.11) is March 19th, as per the previous announcement.

All releases will include support for Google's ReCaptcha v2 (MDL-48501).

In preparation for GDPR; versions 3.3.5 and 3.4.2 will include the required core APIs to support the GDPR plugins we are working on.  The first iterations of these plugins will be released shortly and development is continuing.

it seems that information about security issues haven't been added to the release notes for the moment. Do you plan to do it soon?
