In moodle 3.4 as an administrator i installed BigBlueButton and configured it by giving all valid inputs. But while adding or clicking bigbluebutton, an error is occurred as "Unable to connect. Please check the url of the BigBlueButton server AND check to see if the BigBlueButton server is running."
Can anyone please help me to come out of this problem.

BigBlueButton server is running.
BigblueButton 1.1 everything is working!
