Guys,

I have a question about Performance.

"For performance reasons it is therefore important to ensure the file is as short as possible.",Moodle document mentioned .

currently we store our local plugins functions in local lib.php file .

may i know we should rename it  to any different  file name as local customized lib ?

or we should add our functions to our auto loader class even if we dont use it in other local plugins.

can you explain if we dont use lib APIs function  in lib.php ,let say function "local_xxx" do moodle still load it in all pages? if its like this what do we need to use local_xxx ?

thanks
