podcast question and a Mac tip.

Inspired by Screen Casts Online (great for mac users BTW, I've found no PC equivalent)  I have started creating vodcasts (ugh, I'm sorry, but what an ugly term smile ) about how to use google earth.  If you teach earth science/geography and you haven't seen google earth, run there, don't walk.

I've used captivate which is pretty neat at this type of thing but it creates .swf files and I'd like to tap into the automatic download of podcasts by iTunes.  That requires my .swf files to be converted to .mov files (I think?).  I can export from captivate to flash and then save as .mov but so far I've lost the audio channel when I've done that sad

Anyone got any advice as to how to get around the problem?  I don't want to force users to install another podcast app as I want to exploit the ipod iTunes link sometime in the future.

TIA
