Since yesterday, when uploading users, via .CSV file, an error message occurs:

The above pop-up, occurs while drag & dropping the file. When trying to upload via Choose a file..., it loads infinitely. The platform is hosted. Is there anything that can take place from the client perspective or only the administrator of the server can resolve the issue?

The error was caused by a special character in the name of the file, a simple apostrophe ’.
