i want use course overveiw dashboard as a default page in mobile app but use site home page in moodle side.

no, right now is not possible.
You an always disable the site home in the app so the dashboard will be shown (but you won't be able to access the site home in the app).
You can do that via the Mobile features settings in Site administration.
