Can email notifications be sent on completion of H5P interactive video

I've created a course with 6 H5P videos, each with about 6 multiple choice questions

Can I set up email notifications to me, and to staff on completion of each video? or on completion of all videos?

Does the 'Complete the competency" option in 'Competencies' assist with this?
