Hello,


after succsessed installation of moodle i get this error.

The Server is an IIS on an Windows Server 2016.

I have set the PHP-version to 7.1.7.

I dont know how to fix it.

Don't use PHP-x64!

Armin, this surely is related to PHP configuration,

with PHP 7.x. it's OK to use PHP x64, but have you installed the Libraries correctly? I mean C++ both x86 and x64?

Hm... it ist both installed.

ut after change to PHP x32 it works.
