Dear Moodle partners:
I am using Moodle 3.2.2+ (build: 20170407) in a MS SQL database installed in a Windows 2012 R2 server and PHP Versión 7.0.27. When I press the "Site administration => Notifications" button I get the following error message:
Exception - Call to a member function render_group_header() on null
Also I can not activate the debugging.
How can I resolve those issues?
