We are trying to submit a presentation and the link on this page doesn't do anything for us:

https://moodlemoot.org/mootus18/submit-a-presentation/

It just refreshes the screen.  We got to that link from the US Moot page here:

https://moodlemoot.org/mootus18/blog/2018/01/11/let-moodle-take-you-higher-at-mootus18-denver/

Any ideas?
