I've successfully installed bigbluebutton but when my user wants to join the session ,it shows me this message: bigbluebuttonbn/You did not pass the checksum security check
what is the problem?

Have you compatible versions of BBB and the Moodle plugin?
my moodle version is 3.4 and bbb is 2.2.1
