Im a bit loss, this is the first time i am actually running the cron for this lms i am having issues with.
Solve the problem by doing this.
I turned the debugging message on and seems like my moodledata lock folder is not accessible - permission denied.
So I set the permission to 777 and was able to run now the cron.
Weird part. I checked the permission before I manually set it to 777, and it is indeed in 777 state.
Anyway. It is working now.
