Urgent! Where are the all courses stored in Moodle?

How can I find or Where are the all courses stored in Moodle?

Now I can access in moodle because something went wrong with the system files and I never backup all the courses yet but I already copy hold of Moodle folder.

If I need to reinstall the moodle in new PC/Server, How can I restore all the courses back?

Courses are predominantly stored in the database. 

If you don't have a backup of your database then you're not getting the courses back.

Hi Howard Miller


Meaning hold folder of Moodle that I copies not have a database inside right?

  

I used Moodle on NAS QNAP and Database is MyphpAdmin.

Can you advice or recommend me how to backup the database please? 


Note: I also used plugin H5P to created course meaning in database also right?

I backup the MySQL database, and moodledata with the following command lines.


Backup the Moodle database

mysqldump -u[username] -p[password]-A --opt -r[location]/backup_moodle/backup-moodledb.sql [databasename]


Backup moodledata

tar cfz backup_moodle/backup-moodledata.gz moodledata3/

Big thanks to responded my issues and I will try to learn  & explore from that.


Note: I also don't know how to use the command lines in NAS system.
