Hi, I've recently been supporting several teachers in their use of Assignment Online Text where students type text into the text box in exam-type conditions. Due to asset constraints some of the students use ipads but some of these students have save problems, such as when they hit the save changes button, entries disappear or students aren't sure if the entry has saved. Is this a known issue when using ipads with Online Text boxes? Should I tell the staff to avoid using ipads and make sure they have enough laptops instead?
