If this is only happening on your IOS devices, then is there something in your IOS image that is preventing documents being fully loaded? Your antivirus for example? There would have to be some sort of error log somewhere generating an error message. I don't know anything about Crapple, except I don't like their business model and refuse to use their products, so I am certainly no expert. Can't add any more to this though but such a specific issue would indicate to me the problem is with the device.
