File resource opens but with "Error downloading files"

Hi,

I would like to add an Adapt Learning web export for offline use in the Moodle Mobile app.

It' not a scorm package, simply a web export.

I uploaded it as File resource in a Moodle course.

On the Moodle mobile app, I get an error message each time I open it. However, then it works without problem.

The full error messages says "Error downloading files. Some files might be missing."

Would you know what I could do to avoid that message ?

Hi,

it means that one or more files from your resource weren't downloaded, this usually happens with multiple files resources.

You should check if there are files starting by . or system files (like Mac ones, DS_STORE and similar) and remove them if they are not necessary.
