I need your help.
I am trying to connect to external badges (mozilla).
I went to my profile and in the badges=Backpack settings= I put my account email in the backpack but I got this error!!!!!
(There was a problem connecting to your backpack. Please try again.
If the problem persists, contact your administrator.)
I hope you can help me with this.

There was an error with backpacks that was corrected some time ago. I think it was after 3.1 though, but the version is only from memory and I don’t have time to search the forum right now. Look further down the discussion lists in this forum for clues.
Also, maybe too obvious - have you enabled external backpacks in your Moodle preferences? And check that you’re using the right email and password to log in to the backpack.

Thank for the reply.
The badge is enabled from admin side. Administration>Site administration>Badges>Manage settings > Enable connection to external backpacks.
Our moodle is accessible from the internet (is that what they mean by site must be online?)
I am using the same email registered in Backpack but get this error.
