Share private files with managers

Hi, 

Is there any known way to share private files of a manager with other managers or how can I create a repository to be shared with all managers ? 

Managers can add or delete files . Only manager and site administrator should have access to files

Just make a course and give access only to your managers. (I will just move your question to the General help forum)

I do not know if I can do this in my case, those files will be for the entire moodle site. I want to have a repository only for managers.

"and give access only to your managers"

Course access is based on enrolments - only enrol your managers on that particular course and only they will have access to those files added to the course, as Mary says.

Managers should be able to see hidden files on the front page, so hide the course in plain site. Users, guests and so on can't see them, makes it easy.
