I am able to get to the the pages I am to assess; however, it does not give me the option to assess.

Holly - I believe you are referring to the My home country workshop on the Learn Moodle 3.4 Basics MOOC. The deadline has passed and the workshop is closed so that is why you can't assess. If you have other questions please post them in the MOOC Any questions about week 4? forum.
