Email Notification to Manager when a student books onto a face to face course

Hello

I am trying to find a way where I can get notifications sent to me when a student enrols onto a face to face session. I have an admin login and currently my login is set to Manager but it would be great to receive an email when a user books on.

I currently have to check the calendar every hour manually to see if any updates have been made to the courses.

It would be great if someone could help me?

You may have discovered this by now...

This can be set when creating the Face-to-Face activity or by updating existing F2F activities.

Third party email field.

You can also add a custom profile field to your users, with the shortname: managersemail, and then populate that with an appropriate email address for each user. That would let you use the manager confirmation and reminder features.
