i have problem with forum notification ,when i send post to users by using web ,the users received notification with sound and again time without sound on their mobiles
and same problem i have with quiz submission

I just checked it and we are receiving notifications with sound always.
Which device and model are you testing with?
i tested with Huawei ,android version 6 ,model cam-l21,emui 4.1.3
