Has anyone seen this?
Student reports she is not seeing the video lecture, and send a screenshot of her view where the icon is missing. When our administrator logs in as that participant, she sees the activity in place as expected. Usually in a case like this, we suspect browser differences, but have not known a browser version to cause an icon to literally disappear from the layout. Not even a space is left behind.
What could cause this kind of behavior?
If a network is blocking video playback, wouldn't the icon still appear, but be inoperable, or present an error?
The 3rd party cookie message does not display, because there is no Activity to click and make it display.
We are stumped.
