Scorm Fullscreen not working

Hi,


I am using moodle 3.3 version on windows operating system.

While playing scorm in Internet Explorer (through localhost) there is no address bar and fullscreen is working fine. But, the same when access through IP, address bar is visible .

I would like to hide the address bar while accessing through IP in new popup window.

What happens in Chrome, or Opera? Have you tried other browsers? Could it be a browser issue? IE does funny things sometimes, and many people prefer not to use it.
