As most of our courses, when the students achieve a particular subject/module as part of their course they will be automatically certified for another subject/module such a Core Skills and Problem Solving.
We have our framework setup (Problem Solving), with a scale of Not yet achieved or Pass (image below), which is also used to grade our Moodle assignments. Also, added to the course area and to the students Learning Plan.
Certain Problem Solving competencies are linking to the Moodle assignments, with the Upon activity completion set to Complete the competency. Every element works perfectly, include seeing the student competencies set to 'Pass' within course's Competency breakdown area.
OK, what we are looking for is exactly what's being asked within the locked forum discussion below, we would like for the students Learning Plans linked to these competencies to be set to 'Proficient' automatically once they have achieved their Moodle assignments.
