Email Confirmation after registering (moodle 3.2)

When a user fill the sing up form and he/she hits create my new account button  it shows an error that says : 

Tried to send you an email but failed!


Ps: 

MOODLE 3.2 is installed on machine that runs  windows server 2012

Hi there,

I am having the similar issue, I am running on Moodle 3.5+.

Did anyone find any solution regarding this?
