Hi All,

Moodle version 3.3+,

We want to deliver 1 course to 10,000 student and 200 teacher will manage the 10,000 student . Can anybody suggest me the Helpdesk team require to run this 10,000 student and 200 teacher.

(Phone support and Email support) // If any body can suggest me any ticket platform

Obviously comes down to your exact requirements but I'd have a look at OsTicket. 

Been using it for a few years and works great for our requirements. The price is good too ... "free" cool

Can you please suggest me how many people i need to handle Ticket system for (10,000 student) and 200 Teacher.

I have to recruit a IT Helpdesk team for the same. Need help if you have handled the same number of student.
