Hi,

Our Moodlecloud site has been unavailable since 15-12-2017, we get a message that says "site is undergoing maintenance, please try again shortly" when we try to acces it (after log-in).

This is the second time our site has become unavailable, we have been told that we uploaded something against the terms of service (something we did not know the first time, so we made the same mistake twice).
We would like to remove ANY material in breach of the Moodle terms of use and regain acces to our Moodle, we'l make sure never to upload copyrighted material again.

Our Moodle is used by students and it is unfortunate it is currently not accessible due to a missunderstanding.

Hi Wouter,

We've unsuspended your site.  It should now be available to you and your students.

We will monitor you site activity so if the issue returns we can isolate the problem and investigate how we can get you to resolve it in a more permanent way.
