May not be 'SPAM'! Have you used your EMail address with 5 different Moodle sites where you registered them? If so, you are 'SPAMMING' yourself! :\
I get multiples also ... only need to get one notice ... so I 'cheat' on many site registrations and use root@themooleserverFQDN which won't be delivered cause server isn't setup to get mail.
