I am using Moodle 3.3.1 (Build: 20170710). Currently, we're developing an English Proficiency test using Quiz modul including listening, structure and reading test.
There are some issues regarding question type and especially playing audio/mp3 only once during listening test.
I tried some methods including the disccussion https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=100987 but have no solution.
is there any solution for my problem?

This is actually sort of possible using the Poodll plugin (https://poodll.com/). It's a really amazing plugin, however, it isn't free-you'd need a subscription to use it outside of the trial period. You can see this demoed here : https://demo.poodll.com/mod/page/view.php?id=106.
However, if you refresh the page, the audio can be played again. If you email Justin Hunt (the Poodll Guy), he could definitely give you a better explanation of if it possible or rather, how you could alter Poodll to do this with this player.
