1. Some students have already completed courses, and been unenrolled. Presumably there course completions will never "count", and we will have to retroactively award using manual database updates?
2. For new students who complete courses in the future - do they have to be enrolled in all the required courses at the same time, or will Moodle "remember" courses completed toward a badge award, once the badge exists?
We are issuing badges for individual course completion, so we can go back and see who has earned "set completion" badges; but it would be much nicer to automated this!
