As admin, I get an invalid user error message every time I try to add a new user. I'm using Moodle 3.4. Attached is the image of the error.
Can anyone help?

Have you turned on debugging to see additional information concerning the error?

Hello Nellie. I believe this was a bug which was fixed in Moodle 3.4.1 so if you are able to upgrade, that should do it. See MDL-60824
