is there any developed plugin that give moodle that feature which exist in coursera "specialization" where you can create a program that contain multiple courses ?

There are learning plans and competencies built in. You can use categories to group courses together and cohorts to enroll to multiple courses. You really need to be more specific about what you need to do.
